Large, beautiful and very early Rookwood Pottery standard glaze jardiniere decorated with yellow flowers by Matthew Daly.  Good color and artwork.  There is a tight spider crack in the base that comes up the side in a couple of spots.  The jardiniere is still stable and there are no other chips, cracks, damage or repair of any kind.  Bottom marked with logo, date and shape mark, B/R and cipher for Matthew Daly.  Jardiniere is 7 1/2" tall and 8 1/2" wide.   Rare, early and still a great display piece!
