Rare and attractive Owens Pottery Matte Lotus vase decorated with daffodil. Nice shape with good artwork. EXCELLENT CONDITION. No chips, cracks, damage or repair of any kind. Crazing and two glaze skips at the base edge. Bottom marked with torch mark and 1078. Vase is 11" tall and 5" wide. Matte Lotus is rarely seen and is shown in the color plates in McKibben's Owens book.
