Beautiful Dryden Pottery high glaze aqua with a green and white volcanic drip at the rim. MINT CONDITION. No chips, cracks, damage or repair of any kind. Bottom marked with Dryden and Arkansas. Vase is marked with original foil label. Vase is 8 3/4" tall and 4 1/2" wide. In 1956 Jesse Lewis, owner of Van Briggle purchased a pottery company in Kansas called Dryden Pottery that produced high glaze pieces with a volcanic drip effect. They relocated the plant to Arkansas where Dryden was a subsidiary of Van Briggle and the materials and molds remained there until 1956. Dryden Pottery is still produced in Hot Springs, Arkansas. We are pleased to offer our customers a very large, estate fresh collection of quality Van Briggle Pottery that was assembled over 40 years of collecting.
