Very nice Pigeon Forge Pottery high glaze black cuddling bears figurine. Wonderful color and glaze. MINT CONDITION. No chips, cracks, damage or repair of any kind. Bottom marked with Pigeon Forge Pottery and Tenn. Bears are 5 3/4" tall and 4 1/2" wide. Founded Pigeon Forge, Tennessee by Douglas Ferguson, production began in 1947. Each piece was molded or hand thrown and then hand finished. Production ceased in November 2000 with the passing of Mr. Ferguson.
