We recently transitioned our auction platform URL from auctions.justartpottery.com
Because of this change, you may notice that your saved username and password no longer auto-populate when you try to sign in.
This happens because most browsers and password managers treat the new URL as a completely different website. Your login information is still valid — it just needs to be re-entered once so your password manager can save it under the new domain.
What to do:
Click “Sign In”
Enter your email and password manually
Allow your browser or password manager to save the updated login
If you don’t remember your password, click the “Forgot Password” link directly beneath the password field to reset it.
Once these steps are completed, your password will autofill normally going forward.
