Check your spam folder if you don't see the email. The purpose of this email is to allow you to complete the necessary details to redeem your CashBack. The flow of this email is as follows:

After completing the form, you can choose either CashBack as a gift card to use at Just Art Pottery or a virtual Visa card you can use anywhere. This screen will show you the amount of your CashBack.

The next screen will allow you to confirm you selection of either the CashBack as a gift card to use at Just Art Pottery or a virtual Visa card you can use anywhere.

Once confirmed, you will see a CashBack countdown that lets you know when your CashBack will be available. Once the holding period is complete, this page will show the gift card or virtual Visa card details so you can utilize the CashBack offer.
