roseville clematis

Clematis is a late period pattern introduced by Roseville Pottery in 1944. Standard colors are brown, blue, or green. Clematis is finally starting to gain popularity with collectors. For many Roseville collectors, the green and brown examples are slightly more preferable than the blue. Clematis is marked with the raised Roseville script mark, shape number, and size. The factory stock pages show 47 shapes including vases, jardinieres, pedestals, ewers, cookie jars, tea service pieces, bookends, wall pockets, and cornucopias.
