Photo Contest Terms and Conditions

 

1. Contest Period:

 

The photo contest begins on April 11, 2024 and ends on May 19, 2024.

 

2. Eligibility:

 

The contest is open to individuals of all ages.

Participants must submit photos of their own vintage art pottery via email to justartpottery@gmail.com within the specified contest period.

 

3. Submission Guidelines:

 

Photos must depict participants' own vintage art pottery.

Submissions should be sent to justartpottery@gmail.com.

 

4. Prizes:

 

There will be two winners.

One winner will be selected randomly.

One winner will be chosen by the Justartpottery.com staff.

Each winner will receive a $50 gift card to Justartpottery.com.

 

5. Rights and Usage:

 

By submitting a photo, participants grant Justartpottery.com the right to use the submitted photos for upcoming social media shares, advertisements, and promotional materials.

 

6. Winner Notification:

 

Winners will be notified via the email address used for submission.

If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, a new winner may be selected.

 

7. Publicity:

 

By entering the contest, participants agree to allow Justartpottery.com to use their names and submitted photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 

8. General Conditions:

 

Justartpottery.com reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the terms and conditions.
