Roseville Mara

Filter
Rozane Mara is an early period pattern introduced by Roseville Pottery in 1905. The Mara pattern was decorated with exquisite rainbow tints that resemble the lining of seashells. The pattern was introduced as a response to Weller's Sicard line. It is very rare and valuable today. Roseville Mara was typically marked with a Mara wafer, but some examples are unsigned. The 1907 catalog shows six Mara vases and one ewer.
